Can I update or revise my estate plan in California, and how often should I do so?

Yes! As long as you are alive, you can update or revise your estate plan.

I recommend looking at your estate plan every 3-5 years to see if any changes are needed or desired, based on changing life circumstances or changes in laws.

I provide a complimentary consultation in which I will review your current plan and we can discuss if an updated plan is appropriate or not.
