How do I file taxes if I have a living trust?

If you have a living trust, sometimes called a revocable living trust, then you file taxes as you always have! Unless your attorney tells you otherwise, your trust likely uses your social security number your TAX ID number, and therefore, just keep on filing as you always have been!

If you have any questions about filing taxes, please contact your CPA.
